Stack The Yogurt

How do you get a child to eat their fruit? Make it look attractive! This worked with my sample space and the kids loved it.

Play around with the flavors and get fruits that contrast with the color of the yogurt. the visual appeal makes them hard to resist.

 

Mixed Fruit and Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (flavored or plain)
  • Bananas
  • Berries
  • Mango
  • Apples
  • Pineapple

Any fruit you wish to pair really but these are the popular choices.

 

Stack it up;

  • In a glass, alternate a yogurt layer with fruit till full
  • Chill for about 20 minutes

 

 

In the pictures we have a stack of apples and strawberry yogurt and a stack of berries and peach yogurt.
