Soy sauce and pork a a match made in heaven and this is a recipe I picked up from a friend who literally puts soy sauce in almost everything.
Ingredients;
- Pork
- Soy sauce
- Ginger
- Onions
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Oil
- Brown sugar
- Green pepper
- Courgette
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Chili
- Salt
The Sweet Soy:
- Trim the fat off the pork and grain into thin slices(freezing it for 20-30 min will make it easier to slice)
- Marinate with soy sauce, ginger, spices, salt in a bowl and cover for 30 minutes
- In the meantime, warm olive oil add brown sugar rest of the spices and set aside
- Heat the wok and add the rest of the oil, onions, garlic and pork
- Stir fry 2-5 minutes add the spice mixture, then vegetables and cook till vegetables are soft and pork is ready
- This can be served with rice, matooke or chapati
